The deep drop Ally II Electric models come with aluminum bent butts to handle the torque of electric reels and vertical pressure while fished out of the rod holder. The kite rod model comes with a straight aluminum butt and a durable stainless kite top for maximum kite performance. These new rods are available in medium-heavy (3lb), heavy (5lb), and extra-heavy (8lb) action options. Each rod in the electric series has been dialed for a specific deep drop application and seamlessly pairs with PENN’s award-winning and most advanced electric reel, the PENN Fathom Electric.
