Wildscape Outfitters is a G7Life Media brand that connects shoppers with American makers and the goods they make in the United States. This Agreement explains your membership, our responsibilities, how we promote your shop, and the standards for selling through the marketplace.

“Wildscape,” “we,” and “us” mean Wildscape Outfitters. “Maker” and “you” mean the individual or business applying for or maintaining a maker account. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

1. Application, Approval, and Activation

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review your business, products, and shop information to decide whether you are a good fit for Wildscape.

The process is:

1. You apply and select a membership plan.
2. We review your application and notify you of our decision.
3. If approved, we send you a secure Square subscription link.
4. You complete your first membership payment through Square.
5. After confirming payment, we manually activate your account so your approved shop and products can become available to shoppers.

There is no membership payment portal on the Wildscape website. Approval alone does not activate your shop.

You must provide accurate contact and business information, be at least 18 years old, and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Plans and Pricing

Membership fees are in U.S. dollars and are billed monthly.

Founding pricing is available to the first 50 qualifying makers whose founding status we confirm in writing. Approved founding makers retain the founding rate for their selected plan while their membership remains continuous. If a founding maker changes plans, the corresponding founding rate applies. A cancelled or terminated membership does not automatically retain founding eligibility upon rejoining.

Base includes your own maker shop, up to 50 product listings, a welcome promotion, access to eligible marketplace campaigns, and reporting on marketplace activity. Promotion draws on the G7Life Media family of brands and channels as described in Sections 9 and 10.

Heritage Partner adds priority placement, the Heritage badge, homepage feature opportunities, a monthly Heritage Spotlight, a dedicated feature each quarter, early access to seasonal gift-guide selections, and a 25% discount on an eligible paid GEN7 filmed feature.

You must supply usable content and respond to reasonable requests needed to deliver a promotion. Specific publication dates are scheduled by Wildscape. Paid GEN7 production services and other optional services are separate purchases and require your approval.

There is no membership setup fee and no Wildscape commission on your product sales. Payment-processor fees, shipping expenses, applicable taxes, and optional services are separate from your membership fee.

3. Six-Month Term and Automatic Renewal

YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS A SIX-MONTH COMMITMENT, PAID IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS. IT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS FOR ANOTHER SIX-MONTH TERM UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE. MONTHLY BILLING DOES NOT MAKE THIS A MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIP.

Your first term begins on the date of your first successful subscription payment. We confirm your activation and term dates by email.

Except when the Handshake Guarantee or another cancellation right in this Agreement applies, you remain responsible for the monthly payments due during your current six-month term. A request not to renew prevents the next term; it does not end the current term early.

We will email a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal and an additional reminder approximately seven days before renewal. The reminders will identify your renewal date, monthly price, and cancellation instructions. Any additional notice required by applicable law will also be provided.

Keep your account email current. Renewal notices do not replace your right to cancel before renewal.

4. Subscription Payments Through Square

You authorize recurring monthly membership payments through the Square subscription link we send. The amount and billing schedule must match your approved plan and any confirmed founding rate.

Payment details are entered through Square, not Wildscape. Square processes your membership payments under its applicable terms. Wildscape does not collect or store your full card details on its website.

Contact us to request a plan change, payment-method assistance, or cancellation. We confirm any approved plan change, its price, and its effective date before changing your billing. Moving to Base requires compliance with its 50-product limit.

A failed payment may result in a notice and temporary suspension of your shop until resolved. If you are unable to pay, contact us promptly. Suspension does not itself cancel your membership or create an additional term.

Membership fees already paid are generally not refundable for a billing period already provided, except for incorrect charges, the termination provisions below, or a refund required by law.

5. Our Handshake Guarantee

We want makers to have a fair opportunity to try Wildscape.

During your first six-month term, once you have completed 90 days of membership, you may cancel under the Handshake Guarantee without an early-cancellation penalty or an obligation to pay the remaining months of that term.

To use it, email us at support@wildscapeoutfitters.com and say that you want to cancel under the Handshake Guarantee. You do not have to justify your decision.

Your membership ends at the close of the monthly billing period you have already paid for. We stop future subscription charges, and your shop and listings are removed from public view when that paid period ends. The Guarantee does not refund previous membership payments or separately purchased services.

The Handshake Guarantee applies to your first term only. After renewal, ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your current six-month term, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law gives you an earlier cancellation right.

6. USA-Made Products and Maker Standards

Wildscape is a marketplace for goods made by American makers in the United States. You must make, craft, or manufacture the products you list, or accurately disclose the U.S. manufacturing arrangement for your own products.

Imported finished goods, generic resale merchandise, and products made overseas do not qualify merely because the seller is based in the United States. Designing, packaging, or relabeling an imported product does not make it USA-made.

Your product-origin statements must be truthful, supported by records, and comply with applicable labeling and advertising requirements. An unqualified “Made in USA” claim generally requires U.S. final assembly and significant processing, with all or virtually all components or ingredients made and sourced in the United States. Product-specific rules may also apply.

Disclose material sourcing limitations before listing. A disclosure does not automatically make a product eligible for Wildscape. We may request documentation, decline a listing, or remove products whose origin or claims cannot be supported.

You are responsible for product quality, safety, labeling, warnings, licenses, and any rules that apply to your product category.

7. Shoppers Pay You Directly

Wildscape provides product discovery, maker pages, and promotion. A shopper’s Buy button sends them to your own Square or PayPal product checkout.

You are the seller of your products. You receive the shopper’s payment directly and are responsible for:

• Accurate prices, stock information, checkout links, and descriptions.
• Order fulfillment, shipping, delivery promises, and tracking.
• Customer service, returns, refunds, warranties, and payment disputes.
• Applicable sales taxes, permits, and other seller obligations.
• Clear shipping, return, and privacy information at your checkout.

Your membership subscription payment to Wildscape is separate from your customers’ product payments to you.

Wildscape does not hold customer product payments or fulfill your orders. Shop approval is not a certification of product safety or a guarantee to shoppers. You must resolve customer obligations even after your Wildscape membership ends.

8. Listing and Content Rules

Your listings, shop information, images, and checkout pages must be accurate, lawful, and consistent with the products offered.

Do not submit counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal products, deceptive claims, fake reviews, spam, malware, harassment, threats, explicit sexual content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Use photographs that accurately represent the actual product. You must own or have permission to use submitted photographs, logos, descriptions, videos, music, and other material.

Do not make unsupported medical, safety, performance, or origin claims. Products requiring age restrictions or special legal controls require our approval before listing.

We may request corrections, pause listings, or remove content that violates this Agreement or undermines shopper trust.

9. Permission to Promote Your Shop Across G7Life Media

You retain ownership of your submitted content. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your brand, products, photographs, videos, or other intellectual property to Wildscape or G7Life Media.

You grant Wildscape a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use your submitted shop name, maker story, logo, product information, photographs, videos, and other promotional material to operate the marketplace and promote your shop and the Wildscape marketplace across the G7Life Media family of brands and associated channels.

These brands include Wildscape Outfitters, GEN7 Outdoors and GEN7tv, Outdoor Crusade, FISH Crusade, Gun Crusade, Bowhunter Syndicate, CAMO News, and Recipe Crusade. Promotional uses may include their websites, streaming and on-air programming, podcasts, Facebook pages and groups, other social media channels, email campaigns, seasonal gift guides, Maker Stories, product catalog feeds, and paid advertisements.

This permission also allows G7Life Media’s staff and service providers to use the material on our behalf for these purposes. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the material you submit, including any people, music, artwork, trademarks, or third-party content it contains.

We may reasonably resize, crop, format, excerpt, caption, and link to your material for publication. We will not knowingly change the meaning of your product claims or imply an endorsement you have not authorized.

After membership ends, we stop creating new promotions using your content unless separately authorized. Previously published features and archival posts may remain as historical material, but we will not knowingly represent your shop as an active member. Existing advertising placements will be discontinued or updated within a reasonable time, subject to the controls of the platform carrying them.

10. Promotion, Placement, and Reporting

Wildscape puts makers in front of audiences across the G7Life Media family because we believe American craftsmanship deserves to be found. Membership provides the services and promotional benefits described for your selected plan.

We select appropriate brands, channels, formats, products, and publication dates based on your plan, the audience, available material, and the campaign. Membership does not mean that every maker or product will appear on every G7Life Media brand or channel. This scheduling discretion does not remove the specific promotional benefits included in your plan.

Promotions may feature your shop individually or include it alongside other makers in marketplace advertisements, gift guides, themed campaigns, and editorial features. Paid filmed features and other optional services remain separate purchases unless expressly included in your plan or separately agreed in writing.

You must keep your shop information, prices, product availability, and checkout links current and supply usable content needed for scheduled promotions. We may request corrections or supporting information before publishing a feature.

Membership does not guarantee a particular number of visitors, sales, followers, advertising impressions, or profit. It does not include a fixed advertising budget or guaranteed airtime unless separately agreed in writing.

Marketplace reports describe the activity we can measure, such as shop visits, product views, Buy clicks, and recorded traffic sources. A Buy click does not necessarily mean a completed purchase at your external checkout. Reports do not necessarily capture every interaction across external websites, broadcasts, or social platforms.

Brief interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting issues, or other technical problems. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and address material failures to provide paid benefits.

11. Ending Your Membership

To cancel or stop renewal, email support@wildscapeoutfitters.com from your account email address before your renewal date. Include your name and shop name. There is no requirement to provide 30 days’ advance cancellation notice.

We will confirm your request and its effective date. A timely cancellation is not invalid merely because our confirmation arrives later. Keep a copy of your request.

Ordinary cancellation ends your membership at the close of the current six-month term. Eligible Handshake Guarantee cancellation follows Section 5.

Deleting listings, stopping use of the website, or hiding your shop does not cancel your subscription. Please contact us so we can coordinate the account closure and Square cancellation. Nothing in this Agreement limits your lawful rights concerning payment authorization.

Wildscape may decline renewal or end a membership if a maker no longer fits the marketplace. We normally provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a fixable problem. We may immediately suspend or remove a shop for fraud, illegal activity, serious safety concerns, materially false origin claims, or other serious violations.

If we end your membership early, future subscription charges stop. We refund the unused portion of a prepaid membership period unless withholding that amount is permitted by law and supported by a documented claim. Charges already due for services provided remain payable.

Ending membership does not erase either party’s existing obligations or your responsibilities to shoppers.

12. Changes, Responsibility, and Disputes

We will notify you of material changes to this Agreement. Changes to a standard membership price or a material commitment take effect at a future renewal after at least 30 days’ written notice, giving you an opportunity to decline renewal. Confirmed founding prices remain protected as described in Section 2.

We will not retroactively reduce your Handshake Guarantee or increase the price of your current term without your express agreement.

You and Wildscape operate as independent businesses. Membership does not create employment, a partnership, or authority to bind the other party.

You are responsible for your products, claims, content, and customer transactions. Wildscape remains responsible for its own obligations. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. North Carolina law governs this Agreement, subject to any mandatory laws that also apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

By checking the Maker Agreement acceptance box during signup, you agree to these terms. Recurring payment authorization is completed separately through Square. Your paid membership begins only after approval and your first successful subscription payment.
